This specimen was lot 24749 in Heritage sale 3030 (New York, January 2014), where it sold for $2,820. The catalog description[1] noted, "Frederik V 24 Skilling 1763-TL, AU58 NGC, quite appealing with nearly full mint luster. Very scarce date for this first variety with the monogram dividing the obverse legend (Norges Mynter 19)." This type is listed for 1746-63 and, despite the substantial mintage, is scarce. This denomination was one-fourth of a specie daler.
