This specimen was lot 11160 in Stack's Bowers Collectors Choice Online Auction (Costa Mesa, CA, February 2025), where it sold for €125 (about US$130). The catalog description[1] noted, "NORWAY. 2 Skilling, 1764-TL. Kongsberg Mint. Frederik V. NGC VF-35. small flan variety. From the L. E. Bruun Collection." This is from a type struck 1761-64. It is lighter and baser than the previous two skilling (KM 235). The initials TL stand for Gruls Andersen Lyng, mintmaster at Kongsberg 1737-69. One specie daler was six mark or 96 skilling.

Recorded mintage: 914,000.

Specification: 1.15 g, 0.250 fine silver, this specimen 1.18 g.
