This specimen was lot 3224 in Stephen Album sale 50 (Santa Rosa, CA, September 2024), where it sold for $156. The catalog description[1] noted, "NETHERLANDS: Juliana, 1948-1980, 10 cents, 1959, nice proof surfaces, very small mintage, NGC graded Proof 64, RR." Specification: 1.5 g, nickel, 15 mm diameter, reeded edge.
Catalog reference: KM-182, Schulman-1172 (unlisted as proof).
