The specimen is a common date of a type struck at the Utrecht mint for the Netherlands 1913-40. Most of the dates are common, including this one. Post war issues featured a bust of the queen and were struck in bronze.
Recorded mintage: 4,200,000.
Specification: 4.5 g, copper-nickel, 21.3 mm diameter.
