Stack's Bowers September 2025 Collectors Choice Online Auction, lot 76524

This specimen was lot 76524 in Stack's Bowers Collectors Choice sale (Costa Mesa, CA, September 2025), where it sold for $85. The catalog description^[1] noted, "MONGOLIA. 500 Tugrik, 2008. PCGS PROOF-69 Deep Cameo. Cave Painting." The SCWC lists numerous NCLT's for this denomination in 2008 but none in gold. The denomination is sometimes spelled 500 tögrög.
