This specimen was lot 5189 in Sincona sale 80 (Zürich, October 2022), where it sold for 8,500 CHF (about US$10,187 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted, "SWITZERLAND | Lucerne | Stadt und Kanton, Dukat 1715, Luzern. Stempelschneider Johann Carl Hedlinger. Very rare. Extremely fine. Flan flaw." This type was struck 1715 only. It is also known undated and is even rarer in that form.
