This specimen was lot 2226 in Stephen Album sale 27 (Santa Rosa, CA, January 2017), where it sold for $305.50. The catalog description[1] noted, "KOTAH: AR nazarana rupee, Nandgaon, year 2, in the name Queen Victoria, Unc, ex Paul Stevens Collection." This tiny state, neighbor of Bundi and Jhalawar, issued this nazarana rupee 1858-1900. The SCWC notes it as common.
