This specimen was lot 2178 in Stephen Album sale 27 (Santa Rosa, CA, January 2017), where it sold for $440.62. The catalog description[1] noted, "JAISALMIR: AR square nazarana rupee, "Shahjahanabad", frozen year "22". In the name of Queen Victoria, with bird & umbrella on reverse, EF, R, ex Paul Stevens Collection." The SCWC notes several types of nazarana rupees struck on hexagonal or square planchets, all with the frozen year 22.
