This specimen was lot 2673 in Goldberg sale 109 (Los Angeles, January 2019), where it sold for $456. The catalog description[1] noted, "Italian States: Kingdom of Italy. 10 Centesimi, 1813-M. Silver. Napoleon I. Crowned letter "N" within wreath. Reverse: Value and date. Die break across crown. Choice mint state example. NGC graded MS-65." The second specimen was lot 2761 in Stephen Album sale 45 (Santa Rosa, CA, January 2023), where it sold for $168. The catalog description[2] noted, "KINGDOM OF ITALY: Napoleon I, 1804-1814, AR 10 centesimi, 1813-M, a lovely mint state example! PCGS graded MS63, ex Joe Sedillot Collection." This type was struck at Milan 1808-13 and is common.
