This specimen was lot 34284 in Heritage sale 3082 (New York, January 2020), where it did not sell. The catalog description[1] noted, "Iraq: Republic gold "Iraqi Army" 5 Dinars AH 1390 (1971) MS65 PCGS. Struck to honor the Iraqi Army's 50th anniversary." A silver dinar (KM 134) was also isued on this occasion.
Recorded mintage: 25,000 plus proofs.
