This specimen was lot 84 in Sincona sale 92 (Zürich, October 2024), where it sold for 500 CHF (about US$693 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"IRAN Qajar Dynasty, Nasir al-Din Shah, 1264-1313 AH (1848-1896). Kran 1271 AH (1854/1855), Astarabad Mint. Selten, unpublizierter Typ für diesen Jahrgang. Vorzüglich-FDC. Leicht gereinigt, Rare, unrecorded type for date, About Uncirculated, Lightly cleaned. Purchased from A. Saeedi, London, in 1998."
