This specimen was lot 2821 in Stephen Album sale 50 (Santa Rosa, CA, September 2024), where it did not sell. The catalog description^[1] noted, "INDIA: Republic, 50 rupees, 1994, 75th Anniversary of the International Labor Organization, some hairlines, rare type, UNC, R." This denomination has been used solely for commemoratives, many of them quite scarce, suggesting that they were never offered for sale to the public.
