India 1921 1/2 pice

This 1/2 pice (one-eighth of an anna or 1/128 of a rupee) was struck at the Calcutta mint. It was the second lowest denomination of the British coinage for India. This type was struck 1912-36 in moderate numbers and is common today.

Specification: 2.4 g, bronze, 21.05 mm diameter.
