This specimen was lot 2208 in Goldberg sale 122 (Los Angeles, June 2021), where it sold for $168. The catalog description[1] noted, "Indian States: Hyderabad. Rupee, AH1314/30 (1897). PCGS graded MS-62." This type, the first milled rupee for the state, was issued AH 1312-1318 (1894-1900) for Mir Mahbub Ali Khan II, ruler 1869-1911. It is accompanied by a four annas, eight annas and a gold ashrafi.
