Goldberg sale 75, lot 3406

This specimen was lot 3406 in Goldberg sale 75 (Los Angeles, September 2013), where it sold for $506. The catalog description^[1] noted, "Hungary. Ducat, 1848. Ferdinand V, 1835-1848. Standing ruler. Reverse: Madonna. NGC graded AU-58." This type was struck 1837-48 and is fairly common.
