This specimen was lot 1292 in Jean Elsen sale 123 (Brussels, December 2014), where it sold for €650 (about US$945 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"NEDERLAND, GRONINGEN EN OMMELANDEN, Provincie, AR florijn van 28 stuiver, 1674, Droit: Bb. n.r., met hoed en geschouderd zwaard, tussen het jaartal. Revers: Gekroond provinciewapen (met verwisselde kwartieren). Zeldzaam. Lichte dubbelslag. Mooie patina. Prachtig. (Netherlands, province of Groningen and Ommelanden, silver florin of 28 stuiver of 1674. Obverse: capped bust bearing sword divides the date; reverse: crowned provincial arms with the quarters reversed. Scarce, slightly double struck, nice patina, extremely fine.)"

This type is listed in the SCWC under several varieties for 1673-77. Many of these were counterstamped in the early 1690's in an attempt to thwart counterfeiters.
