This specimen was lot 22219 in Ponterio sale 169 (Baltimore, November 2012), where it sold for $394. The catalog description[1] noted, "GREECE. 5 Lepta, 1894-A. NGC MS-64. Lustrous and attractive." King George ruled 1863-1913. This type was struck 1894-95. It was accompanied by ten and twenty lepta.
Recorded mintage: 4,000,000.
