This specimen was lot 3389 in Sincona sale 43 (Zürich, October 2017), where it sold for 450 CHF (about US$537 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"GREAT BRITAIN, Königreich, George III. 1760-1820 1/2 Sovereign 1820. London. Gutes sehr schön. (kingdom of Great Britain, George III, 1760-1820, half sovereing of 1820, Londom mint. Good very fine.)"
George III half sovereigns are listed for 1817, 1818 and 1820 with 1817 being the most common.
