This specimen was lot 75452 in Stack's Bowers Collectors Choice sale (Costa Mesa, CA, September 2025), where it sold for $384. The catalog description[1] noted, "GREAT BRITAIN. 1/2 Groat (2 Pence), ND (1613). London Mint; mm: Trefoil. James I. PCGS MS-61. From the Richard August Collection." This type was struck 1604-19 with numerous mintmarks. The trefoil mintmark shown here was used only in 1613. Varieties exist in the size of the crown.
