This specimen was lot 94 in Sincona sale 69 (Zürich, May 2021), where it sold for 450 CHF (about US$597 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"DENMARK. Christian IX. 1863-1906. Krone 1876, Kopenhagen. NGC MS66. (kingdom of Denmark, Christian IX, 1863-1906, krone of 1876, Copenhagen mint.)"
This type was struck 1875-76 and 1892 for Christian IX (1863-1906) as king of Denmark. It was part of the decimal reform instituted in 1874. This issue is not rare but is much less often seen than the commemorative two kroner. This is the scarcest of the three dates.

Specification: 7.5 g, 0.800 fine silver, this specimen 6.44 g.
