The first specimen was lot 10049 in Stack's Bowers Collectors Choice Online Auction (Costa Mesa, CA, February 2025), where it sold for €1,560 (about US$1,626). The catalog description[1] noted, "DENMARK. 2 Skilling, 1536. Aarhus Mint. Christian III. NGC MS-62. A breathtakingly well-preserved Mint State example. From the L. E. Bruun Collection." The second specimen was lot 10050 in the same sale, where it sold for €288 (about US$300). The catalog description[1] noted, "DENMARK. 2 Skilling, 1536. Copenhagen Mint. Christian III. NGC EF-45. Attractive, dark toning. From the L. E. Bruun Collection. Ex. Countship of Brahesminde Collection (Private Sale - 1922)." The third specimen was lot 10052 in the same sale, where it sold for €240 (about US$250). The catalog description[1] noted, "DENMARK. 2 Skilling, 1536. Ribe Mint. Christian III. NGC AU-50. From the L. E. Bruun Collection." At this time one gulden was 48 skilling; the specie daler would not appear until later.

Specification: 1.77 g, 0.187 fine silver. The first specimen 1.87 g. The second specimen 1.69 g. The third specimen 1.25 g.
