This specimen was lot 3597 in Sincona sale 43 (Zürich, October 2017), where it did not sell. The catalog description[1] noted,

"CUBA, Republik, 100 Pesos 1979. Auf die Konferenz der blockfreien Staaten. FDC. (republic of Cuba, one hundred pesos of 1979, on the conference of nonaligned states. Uncirculated.)"

A very early NCLT from Castro's regime in Cuba.

Recorded mintage: 2,000 + 20,000 proofs.
