Cuba 1977 20 pesos KM-38

Heritage sale 3064, lot 32694

This specimen was lot 32694 in Heritage sale 3064 (Chicago, April 2018), where it sold for $89. The catalog description^[1] noted, "Republic silver Proof 'Ignacio Agramonte' 20 Pesos 1977 PR66 Ultra Cameo NGC. Fully mirror-like fields give the bust an almost doubled appearance, with some dark bluish and argent tones notable around the peripheries." A very early NCLT from Castro's regime in Cuba.

Recorded mintage: 25,000 proofs.
