This specimen is a one of a type struck 1874-1884 at the Bogotá mint. A similar type was struck 1885-6 at the Medellin mint. This date is common, tho not in this condition.

Recorded mintage: 419 (probably a misprint for 419,000).

Specification: 2.5 g, 0.835 fine silver, 0.067 troy oz ASW.
