This one-year type of one real was issued from the Bogotá mint, using an increased silver fineness. This specimen was lot 25486 and sold on April 15, 2011 for $402 at the 2011 April Rosemont Signature World and Ancient Coins (CICF) Auction #3014 by Heritage Auctions. The catalog description[1] noted,
"Bogotá-Nueva Granada 1 Real 1847, AU58 ANACS. Bogotá. One-year type similar to the patterns of 1848 but a much more crude local rendition than the European efforts. Well struck with somewhat colorful old toning, easily the finest we recall. From The Dana Roberts Collection."
