This specimen was lot 3351 in Goldberg sale 84 (Los Angeles, January 2015), where it sold for $223. The catalog description[1] noted, "Colombia. Escudo, 1829-RU (Popayán). Head left. NGC graded VF-30." This type was struck 1823-36 at Popayán and 1823-25 at Bogotá. This type is fairly common.
