This specimen was lot 54046 in Stack's Bowers Hong Kong auction (Hong Kong, April 2021), where it sold for $240. The catalog description[1] noted, "CHINA. Gold 50 Yuan, 2012. Panda Series. PCGS MS-69. First Strike designation. A brilliant Proof with hard mirrored fields and frosted cameo devices." Prior to 2002, the tenth ounce gold panda was denominated ten yuan.

Specification: 3.11 g, 0.999 fine gold, 18 mm diameter.
