This silver twenty centavos piece was minted in Santiago, Chile, in 1907-13 and 1919-20. This twenty centavos was first introduced in 1896 and was gradually debased until it was converted to copper-nickel in 1920. It is common tho varieties abound, including a 1908/908 overdate.
