This specimen was lot 1344 in Sedwick sale 12 (Winter Park, FL, October 2012), where it sold for $188.80. The catalog description[1] noted, "Santiago, Chile, bust 2 reales, Charles IV, 1795DA. Sharp VF with luster and toning around details, off-center strike." This type was issued from Santiago 1792-1808 and, tho not common, is less rare than preceding types.
Recorded mintage: 58,000.
Specification: 6.77 g, 0.896 fine silver, .195 troy oz AGW, this specimen 6.5 grams.
