This specimen was lot 33615 in Heritage sale 3076 (Long Beach, CA, September 2019), where it sold for $8,100. The catalog description^[1] noted, "Canada: Elizabeth II gold Proof "Construction of Parliament Building" 500 Dollars (5 oz) 2009, Royal Canadian mint, KM-Unl. Number 24 out of 200. Commemorating the 150th anniversary of the construction of the Ottawa Parliament building. Flawless and of impressive size. sold with case of issue and COA." This enormous NCLT was one of a series issued in this format. It is beyond the reach of ordinary collectors.
