This specimen was lot 6620 in Stack's Bowers NYINC sale (New York, January 2022), where it sold for $360. The catalog description[1] noted, "CANADA. 25 Cents, 2000. Elizabeth II. PCGS MS-64. The SCARCE Medal Die Mule Variety. Map of Canada composed of maple leaves. A bright and lustrous coin with no visible toning." This type was struck in nickel and silver (proofs only) to celebrate the millennium. It was one of twelve designs used in 2000.
