This specimen was lot 37740 in Stack's Bowers NYINC sale (New York, January 2025), where it sold for $168. The catalog description[1] noted, "CANADA. 5 Cents, 1915. Ottawa Mint. George V. PCGS MS-61." Canada issued silver five cent pieces 1858-1921. In 1920, the coin was debased from .925 to 0.800 fine, then in 1921 it was converted to a nickel piece very similar to the U. S. five cent coin. This date is the key for the type.

Specification: 1.16 g, 0.925 fine silver, 15.5 mm diameter, reeded edge.
