This specimen was lot 452 in Künker sale 293 (Osnabrück, Germany, July 2017), where it sold for €700 (about US$944 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"BRAUNSCHWEIG-WOLFENBÜTTEL, HERZOGTUM Julius, 1568-1589. Reichstaler 1589, Wolfenbüttel, auf seinen Tod. Sehr schön. (Germany, duchy of Brunswick-Wolfenbuttel, Julius, 1568-89, on his death, very fine.)"
