This specimen was lot 3302 in Stacks-Bowers NYINC sale (New York, January 2015), where it sold for $589.85. The catalog description[1] noted, "BRITISH VIRGIN ISLANDS. 100 Dollars, 1984. NGC PROOF-69 ULTRA CAMEO. From a mintage of only 25 pieces." This is another Non-Circulating Legal Tender coin issued and marketed by the Franklin mint on behalf of the British Virgin Islands before it withdrew from coinage operations in 1985.

Specification: 7.10 g, 0.900 fine gold, .205 troy oz AGW.
