This specimen was lot 3364 in Goldberg sale 90 (Los Angeles, January 2016), where it sold for $270.25. The catalog description[1] noted, "British Virgin Islands. 100 Dollars, 1980. For the 400th Anniversary of Drake's Voyage. Ship - The Golden Hind. NGC graded Proof 69 Ultra Cameo." This is another Non-Circulating Legal Tender coin issued and marketed by the Franklin mint on behalf of the British Virgin Islands before it withdrew from coinage operations in 1985.
