This specimen was lot 918 in Jean Elsen sale 164 (Brussels, March 2026), where it did not sell. The catalog description[1] noted,

"BRABANT, Duché, Albert et Isabelle (1598-1621), billon demi-patard, 1618, Bruxelles. D/ Croix avec le monogramme AE en coeur, dans un quadrilobe. R/ Armes des archiducs en plein champ. Rare. Très Beau. (duchy of Brabant, Albert and Isabella, 1598-1621, billon half patard of 1618, Brussels mint. Obverse: cross with the AE monogram at the center within a quadrilobe; reverse: arms of the archdukes in a plain field. Rare, Very Fine.)"

The SCWC lists this from Antwerp, Bois-le-Duc and Brussels for 1614-19. Numista calls it a half stuiver, which it likely what it was called in Flanders.
