This silver ten centavos, roughly equal to a dime, was struck in Potosi 1872-75. It superseded similar ten centavos (KM 153.1-.3) issued 1870-72 and was in turn replaced by KM 158.2 (struck 1872-84) and KM 158.3 (struck 1884-1900). All types are fairly common tho varieties abound. Assayer FE is recorded for 1872-90.
Recorded mintage: unknown but common.
Specification: 2.3 g, 0.900 fine silver, .066 troy oz ASW.
