This type was struck for Belgium in 1866-68, 1881, 1886 and 1898-99 along with a similar type with Dutch legends (KM 27). This type is remarkably scarce despite its large mintage.

Recorded mintage: 1,250,000 plus 3,750,000 with Dutch legends (KM 27).

Specification: 2.5 g, .835 silver, .067 troy oz ASW.
