This specimen was lot 1237 in SINCONA Auction 97 (Zürich, May 2025), where it sold for 100 CHF (about US$145 including buyers' fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"DEUTSCHLAND Bayern, seit 1806 Königreich. Maximilian II. 1848-1864. 1/2 Gulden 1852, München. Vorzüglich-FDC. Feine Patina. (Germany, kingdom of Bavaria, Maximilian II, 1848-64, half gulden of 1852, Munich mint. About Uncirculated, Nicely toned.)"
This silver half gulden was struck 1848-64 and is common. It accompanied a gulden (KM 826) and double gulden (KM 828).
