Stephen Album sale 32, lot 1126

This specimen was lot 1126 in Stephen Album sale 32 (Santa Rosa, CA, September 2018), where it sold for $105.75. The catalog description^[1] noted, "BADEN: Leopold, 1830-1852, AR 6 kreuzer, 1832, PCGS graded MS63, ex Don Erickson Collection." This type was struck 1831-36 and is common. In southern Germany, four pfennig = one kreuzer. In 1871, the currency was reformed to use pfennig and marks and the kreuzer was dropped.
