This specimen was lot 1685 in Jean Elsen sale 103 (Brussels, December 2009), where it sold for 900 euro. The catalog description[1] noted,
"AUTRICHE, République (1918- ), AV 100 Schilling, 1936, Mariazell. Rare. Superbe à Fleur de Coin" (Republic of Austria, gold 100 schilling, 1936, Mariazell. Rare, Extremely Fine to Uncirculated).
This type was struck in limited numbers 1935-38 just prior to the anschluss with Nazi Germany. It is accompanied by a silver five schilling (KM 2853).
