Brazil 1975 5 centavos

from the Mountain Groan Collection

This specimen is the first coin issued by Brazil as part of the F.A.O. series. A regular issue five centavos (KM 577.2) also exists for 1975. The coin's reverse features a zebu cow, a variety more resistant to tropical diseases.

Recorded mintage: 44,500,000.

Specification: stainless steel.
