Brazil 1975 10 cruzieros
This rather obscure NCLT marks the tenth anniversary of the central bank of Brazil. All of the date and anniversary information is on the edge. Alas, the creation of such a bank did little to curb Brazil's pervasive inflation. Brazil endured currency reforms in 1942, 1967, 1986, 1989, 1990, 1993 and 1994. Wikipedia comments, "Humberto de Alencar Castelo Branco (1897-1967) was a Brazilian military officer and politician who served as the 26th president of Brazil, the first leader of the Brazilian military dictatorship following the 1964 coup d'état." Altho an authoritarian, he was dead before the regime embarked on the dirty war against leftists and labor leaders.
