This specimen was lot 2579 in Künker Auction 425 (Osnabrück, July 2025), where it sold for €2,200 (about US$3,115 including buyers' fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"DEUTSCHE MÜNZEN AB 1871 · REICHSGOLDMÜNZEN, WÜRTTEMBERG Karl, 1864-1891. 10 Mark 1880. Prachtexemplar. Fast Stempelglanz. (Germany, kingdom of Wurttemberg, Charles, 1864-91, ten mark of 1880, cabinet example, about uncirculated.)"
This type was struck 1874-81 and 1888 and this is a common date.
