This specimen was lot 2509 in Sincona sale 80 (Zürich, October 2022), where it sold for 200 CHF (about US$240 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted, "HONGKONG, Victoria, 1842-1901. 1 Cent 1866, Heaton Mint. About uncirculated. Extraordinary condition." The equipment was sold to Japan. Later issues were struck at Heaton or London.
