Sincona sale 47, lot 1527

This specimen was lot 1527 in Sincona sale 47 (Zürich, May 2018), where it sold for 100 CHF (about US$120 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"GERMANY, Empire, Preussen, Königreich, Wilhelm II. 1888-1918. 2 Mark 1907 A, Berlin. FDC. (Germany, kingdom of Prussia, William II, 1888-1918, two mark of 1907, Berlin mint. Uncirculated.)"

This type was struck 1891-1912 and is common tho not so common as the commemorative KM-532.

Recorded mintage: 8,110,264.

Specification: 11.11 g, 0.900 fine silver, 28 mm diameter, this specimen 11.10 g.
