The first specimen was lot 4244 in Sincona sale 39 (Zürich, May 2017), where it sold for 160 CHF (about US$192 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"AUSTRIA, Franz Joseph I. 1848-1916 Doppelgulden 1878. Wien. Vorzüglich. (empire of Austria, Francis Joseph I, 1848-1916, double gulden of 1878, Vienna mint. Extremely fine.)"
The second specimen was lot 2700 in Sincona sale 43 (Zürich, October 2017), where it sold for 200 CHF (about US$239 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[2] noted,
"Osterreich, Franz Joseph I. 1848-1916 Doppelgulden 1878. Wien. Fast FDC. Hübsche Patina. (empire of Austria, Francis Joseph I, 1848-1916, double gulden of 1878, Vienna mint. About uncirculated, Attractive patina.)"
The double florin superseded the old thaler and was struck 1859-92 with various busts of Franz Josef.

Specification: 24.69 g, 0.900 fine silver, .714 troy oz AGW, lettered edge, 36 mm diameter, the first specimen 24.67 g, the second specimen 24.70 g.
