This type was issued 1661-86 from Kremnitz with a very similar coin (KM 191) issued 1674-95 from Nagybanya. In German, this coin was also known as a 15 kreuzer. At the time, 60 krajczar = 1 forint, 2 forint = 1 thaler; 15 krajczar = 1/8 thaler. Hungary in the 1670's was partitioned between the Austrians and the Turks and was not part of the Empire.

Recorded mintage: unknown.

Specification: silver.

Catalog reference: KM 175.
