"HOLY ROMAN EMPIRE - AUSTRIA, Leopold I. 1657-1705 15 Kreuzer 1675. Pressburg. Vorzüglich. (Holy Roman Empire, Leopold I, 1657-1705, fifteen kreuzer of 1675, Pressburg mint. Extremely fine.)"

This type, with the Madonna reverse distinctive to Hungary, was issued 1674-76 and 1695-96. It is listed as quite inexpensive so we can't explain the price realized.
