This specimen was lot 2878 in Stephen Album sale 41 (Santa Rosa, CA, September 2021), where it sold for $90. The catalog description[1] noted, "HUNGARY: Leopold I, 1657-1705, AR 3 kreuzer, 1675, KM-194var, Madonna and Child, like the usual KM-194, except no mintmark, a few miniscule bits of patination, AU." The regular three kreuzer or groschen was struck with a "KB" mintmark 1661, 1665-96 and is common. This one was struck at Pressburg 1675 and 1695-99. Mintmaster's initials "GC" made be found on the right shield below the Madonna. During Leopold's reign, the three kreuzer was one-thirtieth of a thaler.
